The Hong Kong Football Club, one of Asia's premier sporting clubs, has had its two existing Full Swing Golf Simulators brought up to current specification by Full Swing Golf (Asia) Ltd, the exclusive distributor for this product in the region.
HKFC were one of the first clubs in Asia to install Full Swing Golf Simulators, before PGL was even conceived. Having been used for several years, the systems had fallen badly into disrepair with no maintenance or upgrades since their initial installation. The tracking systems still worked well, which is a testiment to the quality of The Full Swing Golf product.
One of FSG's first assignments after taking the rights to Full Swing Golf simulators in this region, was to contact the Hong Kong Football Club and begin the process of bringing the simulators back to the very latest specification. After their initial outlay, it can be difficult for clients to commit to upgrades, as extra costing can be a sensative subject. This emphasises the importance of quality after sales service and ongoing customer contact, something that FSG are fully committed to for existing and future Full Swing Golf owners and operators.
FSG worked closely with the management team at the HKFC and looked at various options for the refit program that would not only bring the systems up to current specification, but also ensure the long term quality of the simulators through constant monitoring and maintenance schedules.
HKFC opted for the innovative Contract Back program. Devised by FSG, this is a unique package that allows existing clients to bring their facilities up to current specification with a minimum outlay.
The basic idea behind the contract back program is that FSG take ownership of the existing simulators for the cost of the refit. The simulators are then contracted back to the client for a monthly fee which includes all maintenance and upgrades for a fixed period, ensuring that in the future the simulators will always be up to date and in tip top working order.
The simulators have now been through a total refit, with FSG upgrading everything except the infra red tracking systems. Cosmetically we also removed the front valance from the simulators which changes their appearance dramatically, giving the feeling of a much more open hitting area.
