Site Finding: Our property team are able to locate suitable properties in a chosen area on behalf of our clients. Whatever the requirement, size, and location, we will search for suitable available properties through our industry contacts and via a hands-on visit to the area itself. We have found suitable sites for a range of customers in the past and are currently working with a host of developers, landlords and agents to provide further sites to our new users.

Lease Negotiation: Having found a suitable site, our team is then able to act as an independent intermediary handling the process of lease negotiation between our customer and the landlord. Our clients benefit from the skill and experience of our property negotiator in providing a professional approach to securing the right site for them, at a price and package that fits with their business plan.

Design & Architects: Our property team has relationships with selected architects and designers ideally suited to handle the techical and visual elements required for an ideal layout of your indoor golf venue. We will put you in touch with our recommended suppliers ideal for the size of project and budget established in your business plan. This process will assist with all legal technical requirements for the venue as well as the overall aesthetic.

Project Management & Fit-Out: In addition, our team is able to provide you with a suitable project management company, with extensive experience of indoor golf and other leisure sectors.
